Vivian Company Announces Two Internal Promotions

ST. LOUIS, Nov. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — St. Louis-based Vivian Company is pleased to announce the promotions of current employees Adam Fanger to Executive Vice President and Bill Caruso to Vice President of Operations.

Adam Fanger has invested 14 years into learning all aspects of Vivian to be prepared for future leadership. Now as Executive Vice President, he is put in a position to eventually lead the company. He will oversee all departments of the company. Previously, Adam has held the roles of Customer Service Coordinator, Sales Representative, National Sales Manager, and most recently, Vice President of Sales and Service.

Furthermore, Bill Caruso is embarking on his 30th year with Vivian. As Vice President of Operations, he will now directly manage the following departments: Shipping, Service and Project Management. Before stepping into this role, Bill served as a Service Technician, Customer Service Coordinator, Project Manager, and most recently, General Manager.
